Lydia Kramer
Director of Utilities
Lydia completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, where she studied Natural Resource Management. Once in Pittsburgh, she continued with similar work as a project coordinator for Grounded Strategies until landing at Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh’s construction department in 2018. Lydia now oversees RTP’s utility service programs. Through this work, Lydia can connect qualified customers to service programs that address their emergency and chronic utility issues.
