Erna Spela
Client Relations Manager
Originally from Latvia, Erna moved to Pittsburgh to pursue a Master’s degree in Sustainability. She explored her passions for environmental and social justice as well as farming while studying at Chatham University. Through the client relations role, Erna is connecting with residents and organizations in Allegheny County on a daily basis, driving the belief that everyone deserves to have equal access to economic, political, and social rights and opportunities.
